Especially on Saturdays, we present an exclusive full-course menu that celebrates the freshest, locally sourced ingredients, delivered directly from our trusted producers. Our Saturday menu features an array of culinary delights crafted with care and authenticity: grilled Shinshu premium beef, Shinshu Suffolk lamb, and herb chicken; a flavorful shabu-shabu with Shinshu premium pork; a hot pot showcasing ten varieties of mushrooms from local farms; a delicate chawanmushi enhanced with koji; marinated Shinshu premium salmon; and pure, organic rice grown from a pristine local water source. To complete your experience, indulge in our silky bavarois pudding made with fresh milk from Obuse.
