By Train
Take the JR Hokuriku Shinkansen (Kagayaki) from Tokyo Station to Nagano Station (approximately 78 minutes).
From Nagano Station, take the TOJI.ba Liner bus (approx. 45 minutes) or a taxi (approx. 35 minutes) to our hotel.
By Car
Approximately 20 minutes from the Obuse Smart IC on the Joshinetsu Expressway.

Credit card payment (advance reservation) or on-site payment (by credit card or cash)All reservations are confirmed as follows: for reservations made through the booking site, confirmation is done via the booking site; for telephone reservations, confirmation is done upon receipt of the deposit payment.
Regarding Cancellation
・No-show/non-arrival without contact: 100% of room rate
・Within 14 days prior to the reservation check in date – 100% charge
・15-50 days prior to the reservation check in date – 20% charge
・50 or more days prior to the reservation check in date – no charge (will refund your deposit)
※Bank transfer fees will also be incurred by the customer.
Payment Deadline
Payment Deadline Credit Card Payment (Advance Reservation/Advance Payment) We accept payment by credit card when a reservation is made on our website. On-Site Payment Payment can be made at your check-in or check-out by credit card or cash.
Regarding Refunds
No refunds shall be made after a stay. For cancellation before a stay, payment shall be required only when a penalty is incurred based on the cancellation fee setup according to the accommodation agreement.
