Our obanzai dishes served in ochoko, which are small sake cups, are prepared with a focus on these five cooking methods to achieve a balance of appearance, taste, and nutrition for a healthy meal. Based on the belief that a well-balanced diet using natural ingredients contributes to longevity and good health, we offer special onsen (hot spring) obanzai dishes from Sunday to Friday.

This soba noodle restaurant uses buckwheat flour milled exclusively from grains grown in a specific region, making it a truly special soba. It is served as ‘inaka soba,’ a type of soba made while leaving the buckwheat hulls intact. The noodles are a bit thicker and have a firm texture. It’s a 5-minute drive (3.4 km) from our facility, making it a great place to visit on a hike. Be prepared for long lines, as it’s quite popular.
